Advising and acting as Part Time Financial Director to a family owned produce company supplying multiple retailers. Re-organised management team, negotiated with bankers/creditors and introduced improved financial controls and cost savings to restore an acceptable level of profitability.
Results were achieved over seven years resulting in a £15 million turnover.
