We continue to work with the company after the sale to implement a turnaround plan; this included eliminating the inter-company and other overhead costs which resulted as being part of a larger organisation, allowing the business to thrive as an independent entity.
We are currently retained on a consultancy basis by the company, as a strategic advisor and to monitor the on going performance of the business.
